In this week's episode we're in Jyrgalan, our new favourite village in Kyrgyzstan. We meet up with the trail leaders from USAID BGI and Discover Kyrgyzstan and we're helping them to plot new trekking routes in the Jyrgalan Valley!

This is by far the most epic press-related trip we've ever been on. We load up 4 horses with food, water and supplies and we head deep into unchartered territory.

We trek for 3 days camping in the jailoo along the way, we cover 63 km and climb over 3 passes at over 3,300 meters in altitude.
